2. HOW DO I JOIN THE MCC FIEND CLUB?
Easy! If you want to receive exclusive offers, product updates, or just want to stay in the loop on what is happening here at Morbid Curiosity Cosmetics, simply subscribe to our email list. Fiend Club members are the first to know about upcoming specials, discounts, new product announcements and so much more!

4. HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?

Why would you want to?! Fiend Club members receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you must, just click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.

5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are generally processed and shipped in 1-5 business days, depending on product availability. During sales, the holiday season, and pandemics like Covid19 shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!

6. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

It’s simple! Create an account and log in to see the status of your order. You can even see past orders and easily re-order the products you already love.

7. DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

No way! Morbid Curiosity Cosmetics is strongly against the use of animal testing. That is why we are a dedicated Cruelty Free brand. We are Leaping Bunny Verified to boot! 8. DO YOU USE PARABENS IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

No. All Morbid Curiosity Cosmetics products are paraben free!

9. DO YOU USE TALC IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

Nope! That is what makes our brand so unique! We've formulated our recipes to be 100% talc free.

10. ARE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
All of them! Every product we carry, down to our eyelashes is vegan. We do not use animal product or byproduct in any of the products sold under the Morbid Curiosity Cosmetics brand.

11. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

12. WHAT DO YOU DO WITH RETURNED ITEMS?
For sanitary purposes, they go directly in the trash.

13. SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER / MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT!

14. IS THIS WEBSITE SECURE?

Absolutely! We take your trust seriously and understand how important it is to know you’re shopping in a safe environment. When shopping on MorbidCosmetics.com, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the most advanced customer security technique available on the Web.

15. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?

Lucky you! To use your coupon code, load your shopping cart and begin the check-out process. There will be a field to enter your code at the start of the process. Please note that due to Shopify restrictions, some codes and promotional offers cannot be combined and only one code may be entered per order on MorbidCosmetics.com. Supplies of all free gift offers are limited. No substitutes are allowed for free gift or free sample offers; quantities are limited. Codes cannot be retroactively used on orders that are already placed.

16. WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED ON THIS SITE?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

17. DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Currently, we are only able to ship domestically to the US. We also ship to AFO/FPO addresses.

UK and select EU shipping will be available within the next 3-4 months. We are working with our Responsible Persons to ensure all regulated requirements are in place.

18. I SEE THAT YOU OFFER FREE SAMPLES – HOW DO I GET IN ON THAT?

During special promotions throughout the year, we offer freebie samples. When you check out, you will see an option to add a free sample to your order. We encourage you to try new products that you haven't tried before! To be the first to know when sample promos are happening, subscribe to our Fiend Club! Fiend Club specific freebie items will have special instructions for check out. Please see email details for getting these offers.

19. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can review the status of your order by going to My Account at the top of the page and selecting Sign In where you can sign into your account to view your order status and history. You can also click the link on your order confirmation email.

20. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please note: If you’re paying with PayPal, it will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account which may be different. You may also review your order by clicking Track Order under the My Account tab at the top of the page.

21. HOW DO AFTER CART ADD-ONS WORK?

During the cart checkout process, you may be offered special after-checkout promotional items that can be added to your order. To add one of these items, simply accept the offer when it is presented. This items will be automatically added to your order and the billed total will be adjusted accordingly. That's it!

Please note: After-checkout add-on promotions are only available during the checkout process. Once the cart is exited or the offer expires, we cannot reactivate them.

22. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us immediately after making your purchase at +1(833) 667-2431. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to modify the contents or cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to help!
