Please note that due to the current state of COVID-19, there may be slight delays in shipments. Status updates for international shipments beyond the United States are limited. Please be advised that international shipments may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
We very kindly ask to stay patient with your local post office as they are doing their best to assure your deliveries arrive in a timely fashion. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding and hope you stay safe.

We are confident that our products will melt your icy hearts! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order # to begin your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, a return will not be accepted.
Returns can only be made for items purchased through the Morbid Curiosity Cosmetics website. If you purchased a product through a different retailer, you will need to contact that retailer to handle a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be required to ship the unwanted item back to us in order to receive a refund for your purchase minus the shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Tracking is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. To initiate your return, please email email@example.com to obtain a return form to fill out and slip in your package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to the email address provided at check out to notify you. Refunds, depending on your bank, take about 3-5 business days to appear in your account again. This is the standard time frame, please keep in mind that some banks may take longer.
All returned items will make a home in the trash.
EXCLUSIONS for RETURN: Sale items, promotional offers (including, but not limited to, BOGO 50% off, bundles/gift sets, freebies and/or any discounts applied at checkout), or limited edition products are FINAL SALE.
Our ship time is typically 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For sales and new launches, shipping will generally take between 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This means that it takes between 1-5 business days for us to process, pack, and ship your order from our facility. Once it leaves our facility, depending on the postal method chosen at check-out, your order can take anywhere from 1-5 business to receive if you are in the United States, or 2-8 weeks if you are overseas. The shipping method chosen at check-out reflects the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package, not us. There is not a rush option to move your order up in our queue. Orders are processed according to the time they are received.
Please understand that if you are not in the United States, there may be a possibility that a customs tax or fee will be administered by your country. We are not responsible for this fee and it is out of our control.
Please note, we are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice the shipping address provided at check-out was incorrect, please reply back to your order confirmation email within (3) hours of receipt with any corrections. This way, we can immediately fix the error. However, once your order has shipped, adjustments can no longer be made.
We are also not responsible for any packages returned to us because of past due pick-ups from your local post office. Some post offices may hold your parcel for pick-up for a certain number of days ranging from 10-18 days. If the recipient of the parcel fails to pick up the parcel, the post office will return it back to us. Please check the tracking provided in your shipping confirmation email for updates on the whereabouts of your order.
If your purchase arrived damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within (7) days of receipt with a clear photo of the problem you are experiencing and we will take care of it immediately.
